The
Primewire 2-port HDMI 1.4b splitter sends the picture signal of one player to two players in parallel. This allows, for example, picture signals from a PC, notebook, media centre, TV/AV receiver, Blu-ray player or game console to be routed simultaneously to two televisions, monitors, projectors or beamers.
The HDMI splitter complies with the HDMI 1.4b standard and supports video signals with a maximum resolution of UHD 4K (2160p @ 30 Hz). This ensures razor-sharp, high-resolution image transmission. The splitter automatically detects the maximum possible picture resolution of the connected display devices and sets the signal quality to the highest common resolution. The HDCP (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection) encryption standard is supported, as are the HDMI 1.4b-typical audio standards and the CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) protocol for cross-component control functions.
Thanks to its flat, elegant design, the splitter blends in perfectly with its surroundings, e.g. a modern home entertainment set-up. The splitter is supplied with power via an external power supply unit included in the delivery.
