Delivery times in Germany
The delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time1 specified for each product, plus the transportation/shipping2 duration.
The processing time for your product can be found at the top of the product page.
You can find the usual transportation times as well as the total delivery time by destination in the tables.
Please note that in individual cases unforeseen delivery bottlenecks may lead to deviating delivery times.

1Processing times
At CSL Computer, we process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The processing times are indicated in business days from Monday to Friday. Processing times apply after receipt of your payment or order, depending on the chosen payment method:
Advance payment / Bank transfer:
The information regarding processing and delivery times applies from the receipt of your payment in our bank account.
Amazon Pay, PayPal, GiroPay, paydirekt, Klarna, credit card
The information regarding processing and delivery times applies after the authorization of your payment.
Cash on delivery:
The information regarding processing and delivery times applies from the receipt of the order confirmation.
Financing:
The information regarding processing and delivery times applies from the approval of your financing by ConsorsFinanz.
2Transport time / Shipping
Our transport service provider, DHL, or its partners abroad, deliver your order from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case based on the item with the longest delivery time.
