We ship our goods throughout Germany exclusively with DHL / Deutsche Post.

- Flat-rate shipping costs for PCs / AIO PCs: 69.90 € per item

- DHL Express plus 24.90 €
Cash on delivery is only available for shipments within Germany. If you choose cash on delivery, your order will be sent directly to your nearest post office on 2 November 2022. You will receive a notification and can pay the entire invoice amount at the post office. We charge 14.90 € for this service. Note: Cash on delivery orders are only possible up to a maximum order value of 2,500 €.
For all other payment methods, the goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
Please note that additional customs duties may apply for deliveries to Switzerland. You can calculate the customs duties incurred using the XTARES fee calculator of the Federal Customs Administration (https://xtares.admin.ch/tares/).
Shipping with DHL Express is available to all EU countries .
Premium shipping with DHL Express
Take advantage of the benefits of DHL Express:
- Particularly secure shipping, recommended for high-priced PC systems, prevents transport damage
- Fast delivery time, usually next day delivery (DE) or two to three days to other EU countries
- Freely selectable delivery date and location (e.g. a pick-up station near you)
- As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a text message/email from DHL Express with the shipment status and the option to change the delivery date and location
This does not reduce the processing time for your order.

EU Free Delivery for Premium Systems
For particularly heavy or high-end PC systems, we offer free delivery. This ensures that sensitive components are optimally protected during transport and that your system arrives safely.
Depending on the system configuration, delivery is carried out via DHL Express or a freight carrier.
Important note: For shipments via freight carrier, please provide your phone number during checkout so the delivery date can be arranged with you in advance.
