Delivery and shipping costs

We ship our goods within Germany exclusively with DHL / Deutsche Post.

Payment by cash on delivery is only possible for shipments within Germany. If you pay by cash on delivery, your order will be sent directly to your nearest post office from 02 November 2022. You will receive a notification of this and can pay the full invoice amount at the branch. This service will be charged by us with 14,90 EUR.
Note: Cash on delivery orders are only possible up to a maximum order value of 2500,- €.

For all other payment methods, the goods will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Please note that additional customs fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland. You can calculate the customs fees incurred using the XTARES fee calculator from the Federal Customs Administration (https://xtares.admin.ch/tares/).

Premium shipping with DHL Express

Benefit from the advantages of DHL Express:

• Particularly secure shipping, only one shipping service provider from us to you.
• Recommended for high-priced PC systems, prevents transport damage.
• Fast delivery time, usually next-day delivery (DE) or two to three days in the rest of the world
• Free choice of delivery date and location (e.g. a pick-up station near you)
• As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive an SMS/email from DHL Express about the shipment status and the option to change the delivery date and location.

This will not shorten the processing time of your order.

Shipping with DHL Express is possible to all EU countries.

DHL 2-man handling

Shipping with DHL 2-man handling offers you a particularly high level of transport security for your order – especially for higher-quality and heavy PC systems. The major advantages of this delivery service are a particularly secure transport route, an individually arranged delivery date, integrated tracking of your order and returns processing, as well as delivery directly to the desired location in your home.

Shipping via DHL 2-Man Handling is only possible for deliveries within Germany.

• For orders that require a high level of transport security, shipping via DHL 2-Man Handling is mandatory. In these cases, delivery is free of additional shipping costs.
• Optionally, you can select ‘Shipping by DHL 2-man handling’ if you particularly value the additional service of this shipping method, but your order does not qualify for free DHL 2-man handling shipping. If you optionally select ‘Shipping by DHL 2-man handling’, the delivery costs will be €59.90.

IMPORTANT: Please provide your telephone number when using this shipping method during the ordering process to enable a personal agreement on the delivery date.
