We ship our goods within Germany exclusively with DHL / Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs for accessories

Payment by cash on delivery is only possible for shipments within Germany. If you pay by cash on delivery, your order will be sent directly to your nearest post office from 02 November 2022. You will receive a notification of this and can pay the full invoice amount at the branch. This service will be charged by us with 8,- EUR.
Note: Cash on delivery orders are only possible up to a maximum order value of 2500,- €.

For all other payment methods, the goods will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Please note that additional customs fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland. You can calculate the customs fees incurred using the XTARES fee calculator from the Federal Customs Administration (https://xtares.admin.ch/tares/).

Premium shipping with DHL Express

Benefit from the advantages of DHL Express:

• Particularly secure shipping, only one shipping service provider from us to you.
• Recommended for high-priced PC systems, prevents transport damage.
• Fast delivery time, usually next-day delivery (DE) or two to three days in the rest of the world
• Free choice of delivery date and location (e.g. a pick-up station near you)
• As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive an SMS/email from DHL Express about the shipment status and the option to change the delivery date and location.

This will not shorten the processing time of your order.

Shipping with DHL Express is possible to all EU countries.

Shipping by forwarding agent

Shipping by forwarding agent offers you a particularly high level of transport security for your order. The great advantage of shipping by forwarding agent is the particularly safe transport route, which offers additional protection especially for heavy and higher-value PC systems. Delivery by forwarding agent is to the kerbside.

Shipping by freight forwarding is only possible for deliveries within Germany.

• For orders that require a high degree of transport security, shipping by forwarding agent is obligatory. In these cases, shipping by forwarding agent is carried out without additional shipping costs.
• Optionally, you can select "Shipping by forwarding agent" if you attach particular importance to the transport security of your order, but your order does not qualify for free forwarding agent shipping. With the optional choice "Shipping by forwarding agent", the delivery costs are € 59.90.
