Payment methods
At CSL Computer you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. Please note that some methods of payment extend the delivery time as we have to wait for a payment to be received before processing the order. The fastest and most secure methods of payment are Amazon Pay, Klarna and PayPal. These payment methods can transmit a verified payment to us within seconds so that your order can be processed as quickly as possible.
Cash on delivery (only available in germany)
When paying cash on delivery, you will receive the goods personally from DHL and pay for your order directly at the door. The delivery is handed over after you have paid. When paying cash on delivery, an additional cash on delivery fee of €8.00 will be charged - regardless of how much the package costs.
Payment on delivery is only available for deliveries within Germany.
Please note: Cash on delivery orders are only possible up to a maximum order value of 2500,- €.
Payment in advance
When paying in advance, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You will receive the bank details by e-mail after completing the order. As soon as we can book the receipt on our account, we will ship your order.
Pick-up / cash or card payment
Pay directly at pick-up in our store in cash, by Girocard (ec card) or with all major credit cards. To do so, simply select the payment method "Cash or card payment at pickup" when placing your order in our online store. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Alternatively, you can also place your order via our telephone hotline. +49 511 / 76 900 100 to place your order. Please note that collection before the stated date is unfortunately not possible.
Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay you have the option of paying for your purchase in our online shop via an existing Amazon customer account. You do not need to be registered in our shop to do this, but can complete the payment process entirely via Amazon and also use your payment and shipping conditions stored there.

PayPal and PayPal Express
You can pay for your order via PayPal and PayPal Express. PayPal offers you the option to pay by direct debit or credit card. Credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. You can create a PayPal account free of charge at PayPal. If you choose to pay with PayPal Express, you will automatically be redirected to your PayPal login, select the desired shipping address from your data and confirm it. All data necessary for the orders are automatically transferred, you do not have to additionally deposit your data in our shop and can shop without a shop customer account.
Klarna (only available in germany)
Klarna GmbH is one of the world's leading payment providers and a licensed bank based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a branch in Munich, Germany. Klarna offers you the opportunity to pay for your purchase quickly, easily and securely. When paying with Klarna, you can choose between the payment methods purchase on account, instant transfer, direct debit and credit card. To use Klarna, you need to register via the website Klarna.com or the Klarna app. For your online purchase, Klarna offers you a comprehensive service including buyer protection. This payment method is only available in our online shops to customers residing in Germany and Austria. You can find more information about Klarna here
Financing (only available in germany)
Financing through our partner, Consors Finanz, is available from a minimum order value of EUR 100. After completing the order process, you can enter all the other details required for the financing. As soon as your credit application has been approved by Consors Finanz, we will send your order to production. Proof of salary may be required to complete the financing.
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/China UnionPay)
Pay for your purchase conveniently with your credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay credit cards are accepted. Select "credit card" as the payment method when placing your order and simply enter your credit card details. Your card details are protected by PCI DSS v3.2 security standards. The debit will be made after the order has been completed.
Digital Wallets (Google Pay / Apple Pay)
Take advantage of a faster and more convenient payment process with Digital Wallets from Google or Apple. With these convenient payment methods, you log in with your Google or Apple account, in which a digital wallet is created with the corresponding credit or debit card. This means you don't have to re-enter your card and billing information and can easily use your Google or Apple ID.
Direct debit with authentication
Direct debit with authentication offers you an easy way to pay securely directly through your bank account. If you choose this as your payment method, you can log in directly with your bank credentials and confirm the purchase. The money will be debited from your account and we will receive a payment confirmation immediately. This allows us to process your order as quickly as possible. We only receive a confirmation of your payment, we do not have access to your data. This payment method can be carried out with the following providers:
- iDEAL: This payment method is only available to customers residing in the Netherlands.
- EPS: This payment method is only available to customers residing in Austria.
- Bancontact: This payment method is only available to customers residing in Belgium.
