Our telephone hotline is available for you 6 days a week. We will be happy to help you with questions about the purchase process, technical problems and questions regarding our products.

You are also welcome to contact us by e-mail. We will answer your enquiries as quickly as possible, usually on the same day.

Individuality

In addition to pre-configured PC systems, we offer you the possibility in our shop to customise your desired PC with upgrade options. As an ideal basis for this, we offer you a large selection of upgrade PCs. But you can also upgrade and convert complete PC systems according to your own ideas.

Quality

Since 1999, we have been manufacturing our PC systems exclusively at our company headquarters in the Hanover region and subject all fully configured systems to an extensive functional test before delivery.

Our employees are also regularly trained to ensure the high quality standard of our products. As a certified Microsoft OEM Gold Partner, we only use original software and pre-install the operating systems, including hardware drivers, for our customers.

Payment methods

A secure and comfortable shopping experience includes different payment methods, tailored to the needs of our customers. In our shop, you can pay in the traditional way by cash in advance or cash on delivery. You also have the option of paying via Amazon Pay, Paypal, purchase on account (Klarna), direct debit with authentication (giropay, paydirekt, EPS), digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay) or credit card.

In addition, we offer you financing of your purchase from a minimum order value of 100 € via our partner Consors Finanz.

Warranty

With us, you receive a 24-month manufacturer's warranty on every PC system you buy, which extends your statutory warranty claims.

You can optionally add a practical pick-up service to our warranty and even extend it to a full 36 months. Should any problems arise with your CSL PC, our service team will be happy to advise you.

We can only offer the pick-up service within Germany. Pick-ups from other countries are not possible.
