The microphone is suitable for musical instruments as well as for speech, e.g. for podcasts and commentaries. It can be used with all standard recording programmes on Windows and Mac OS computers as well as with an Apple iPad. The case of the NT-USB contains a stereo headphone jack (3.5mm) for latency-free monitoring as well as controls for adjusting the monitoring level and the mix between the computer/iPad signals and the microphone. A high-quality pop filter is included and can be attached to the microphone base to catch explosive sounds that might produce low-frequency pops when singing or speaking.
The PSA1 is a boom arm that can be rotated 360° and, with its maximum reach of 820 mm horizontally and 840 mm vertically, offers the best flexibility in studio use.
