We ship our goods throughout Germany exclusively with DHL / Deutsche Post.

Cash on delivery is only available for shipments within Germany. If you choose cash on delivery, your order will be sent directly to your nearest post office on 2 November 2022. You will receive a notification and can pay the entire invoice amount at the post office. We charge 14.90 € for this service. Note: Cash on delivery orders are only possible up to a maximum order value of 2,500 €.
For all other payment methods, the goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
Please note that additional customs duties may apply for deliveries to Switzerland. You can calculate the customs duties incurred using the XTARES fee calculator of the Federal Customs Administration (https://xtares.admin.ch/tares/).
Shipping with DHL Express is available to all EU countries .
Premium shipping with DHL Express
Take advantage of the benefits of DHL Express:
- Particularly secure shipping, recommended for high-priced PC systems, prevents transport damage
- Fast delivery time, usually next day delivery (DE) or two to three days to other EU countries
- Freely selectable delivery date and location (e.g. a pick-up station near you)
- As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a text message/email from DHL Express with the shipment status and the option to change the delivery date and location
This does not reduce the processing time for your order.

EU DHL 2-man handling
Shipping via DHL 2-man handling offers you particularly high transport security for your order – especially for high-quality and heavy PC systems. The major advantages of this delivery service are a particularly secure transport route, individual arrangement of the delivery date, integrated shipment tracking of your order and returns processing, as well as delivery directly to the desired location in your home.
Shipping via DHL 2-man handling is only possible for deliveries within Germany.
- For orders that require a high level of transport security, shipping via DHL 2-man handling is mandatory. In these cases, delivery is made without additional shipping costs.
- You can optionally select "Shipping via DHL 2-man handling" if you particularly value the additional service provided by this shipping method, but your order does not qualify for free DHL 2-man handling shipping. If you choose the optional "Shipping via DHL 2-man handling" option, the delivery costs are 59.90 €.
