The HelloView Slim Webcam offers a convenient combination of a high-resolution camera and biometric security technology. Equipped with a state-of-the-art infrared sensor, the device enables fast and reliable facial recognition for logging in to compatible PC systems via Windows Hello. This eliminates the need to manually type in passwords, and the system can store up to 10 different profiles.
The housing, made of a durable aluminum alloy and plastic, features a minimalist design that blends unobtrusively into modern work environments. Technically, the built-in Sonix image sensor delivers precise image sharpness: at maximum resolution, it achieves a detailed 5 megapixels in 4:3 format. In the classic 16:9 widescreen format, the webcam offers sharp WQHD footage at 3.7 megapixels with a smooth 30 frames per second. A responsive autofocus and a wide viewing angle of approximately 85° ensure optimal capture of the subject.
The integrated dual microphone ensures clear audio during video conferences, transmitting the voice naturally and clearly. Thanks to a practical clip mount, the camera can be securely attached to both PC monitors and thin laptop screens. The ball-bearing mechanism for panning and tilting is solidly constructed to ensure a consistently stable alignment during daily use. Connectivity is provided via a future-proof USB-C port on the back, and a 1.5-meter USB-C to USB-A cable is included in the package.
