The six-core AMD Ryzen™ 5 5500 processor from the 5th generation is based on the "Zen 3" microarchitecture. It works with fast single-thread performance and can process 12 threads in parallel. The processor is fully convincing in the gaming sector and its extended multithreading offers an excellent performance basis for productive applications, e.g. video rendering or 3D modelling, as well as for daily office use. Thanks to the extensive current interfaces of the MSI mainboard, additional hardware can be easily integrated and device peripherals can be connected in a straightforward manner.

Note: To build a functional system with this CPU/mainboard bundle, you need a dedicated graphics card..
