1. Compatibility from the start

A powerful PC is about more than just high-quality individual parts. What really matters is that the processor, motherboard, memory, graphics card, power supply, and cooling system all work together seamlessly. That's why we check the technical compatibility of every system before assembly even begins.

Before a pre-configured complete system is added to our range, we carefully match the selected components to one another and thoroughly test the configuration.

With our PC configurator, you can build your own custom PC. As you configure it, the system automatically checks the technical compatibility of the components you've chosen.

Automatic checks in the PC configurator

The PC configurator analyzes your selection in real time and flags technical dependencies as you build your system.

For example, it checks whether:

• the motherboard supports the memory you've selected,
• the CPU cooler or liquid cooling setup fits inside your chosen case,
• the power supply delivers enough power for all the components,
• all the parts you've chosen are technically compatible with one another.

This helps rule out many potential configuration issues right from the selection stage.

An extra check by our team

Once your order comes in, every configuration is reviewed again by our staff before assembly begins.

If any questions or uncertainties come up around a custom PC configuration or upgrade, despite our thorough compatibility checks, our service team will proactively reach out to you. That way, any open questions can be resolved together before your order goes into production.

2. Careful assembly, with an eye for detail

Every detail matters during assembly. Our technicians install all components correctly, check every connection, and make sure the whole system is put together cleanly.

We place particular importance on tidy cable management. Neatly routed cables don't just make for a clean-looking interior — they also support good airflow inside the case and make future maintenance or upgrades much easier.

After assembly, we also check whether a newer BIOS version is available for the motherboard, and update it if necessary.

We carry out this step not only for our PC systems, but also for upgrade PCs and motherboard-CPU bundles.

3. Function testing and documentation before shipping

Once assembly is complete, every PC is powered up and thoroughly tested. Our service technicians check that all components are working correctly and that the system remains stable even under heavy load.

Test installation and hardware check

We start with a test installation of Windows 11. This lets us confirm that every installed component is correctly recognized and works together without any issues.

Stress and stability testing with OCCT

Every system then goes through an automated stress and stability test using the diagnostic software OCCT. This puts key components such as the processor, graphics card, and memory under heavy load.

During the test, we monitor a range of system parameters to catch any potential issues. These include:

• the stability of the system as a whole,
• the temperatures of the installed hardware,
• how the components behave under heavy load,
• whether all parts work together without errors.

Documented quality testing

Our service technicians document the test runs and diagnostics for every individual PC system. This means the results of the quality check remain traceable and can be reviewed again later if needed.

Only once every test has been completed successfully is the system carefully packaged and cleared for shipping.
