What does "immediately available" mean in terms of actual delivery time?

All of our Express systems (notebooks, mini PCs, AIOs) are in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment. Once payment has been successfully received, we will usually hand over your device to our logistics partner within 1–2 business days.

Are the Express systems ready for immediate use (plug & play)?

Yes, all Express systems are perfectly preconfigured by our technicians. Many models come with a preinstalled Windows operating system that is ready to use right out of the box. Please check the details on the respective product page to see the exact specifications (e.g., OS version).

Can I configure an Express system retrospectively or change components?

In order to comply with the immediate shipping guarantee, Express systems cannot be changed in configuration before shipping. If you would like individual customizations (e.g., more RAM or a different SSD), please use our configuration menu, which you will find on each product page. Please note that individual configurations have longer delivery times.

Are there additional express fees or higher shipping costs?
